Ayushi Mangal believes, “beauty begins the moment when you feel confident in your own skin”. Ayushi has always focused on enhancing her skills by doing natural, subtle & elegant makeup. A bride looks confident only when her features aren’t changed entirely that she in unrecognizable, but she should look beautiful in her own skin. The motive is to enhance a bride’s facial features by adding a little makeup and giving her a celebrity natural makeup look.
A Fashion Designer turned into Makeup & Hair artist, Ayushi Mangal is a graduate from Pearl Academy, Jaipur (Nottingham Trent University, Milan) and has styled various television celebrities after then. But due to Covid, she decided to switch her career into makeup, learnt the basics and advanced makeup techniques from her mother then went to London College of Makeup, Dubai to learn international makeup techniques.
Now based in Indore, her passion for fashion and bridal makeup has made her one of the most proficient artist in town. She has intensive knowledge of fashion and makeup, hence helps her brides in bridal styling too from discussing the outfits to makeup and hair, how she can opt for the latest and trendiest bridal look according to her body shape and own fashion style.
Ayushi works with array of professional and International makeup products to provide the best & long lasting look to her brides. The vanity includes NARS, Huda Beauty, Carnival, Too Faced, Tarte, Estee Lauder, Forever52, Urban Decay, PAC, L.A. Girl and many more. She is specialised in HD (High-definition) makeup, a makeup that essentially mimics natural skin while concealing some imperfections, dark circles, and uneven tone, but the goal is that it shouldn’t look like makeup, meaning you shouldn’t be able to detect it, says Ayushi. And, it shouldn’t cake or settle into lines and pores, which wearing regular makeup on an HD camera can do.
“Seeing yourself in higher resolution quickly led to the need for some amazing makeup that could hide the ‘makeup look’ along with those no-longer-disguisable-by-pixels pores, fine lines, and skin imperfections that were magnified in HD,” explains Ayushi.
It works by giving the skin a beautiful reflective sheen that reflects light the way your actual skin does. It coats the skin in a fine veil of medium to light coverage that has pliability and moves with the skin, rather than just sitting on top of it and creasing, while looking heavy. She says that this helps you see the skin rather than the makeup.
HD makeup lasts almost 12 to 24 hours. It stays on your face all day and night, and it won’t rub off. HD makeup is what you want. But HD makeup is not what you think. It is not high-definition television. It is high-definition makeup.
