Bridal Styling and Trials

We require all brides to have proper counseling/styling before the wedding day to ensure that you should be happy with your look and to feel comfortable with our team before your event. After you’ve picked your wedding date, we can start planning your bridal makeup. This is a fun part of the bridal process because it’s an opportunity to ask questions, get to know each other and experiment with your favourite products.

PLANNING YOUR LOOK

We encourage you to bring reference imagery of hair and makeup that inspires you to the trial to assist with the direction and understanding of your ideas. At this stage, we discuss your whole look with respect to outfit, jewellery, hairstyle and makeup. We also provide reference images according to us which will look best for you keeping in mind the latest trends.

BRIDAL TRIAL

If any bride-to-be requires a makeup and hair trial before her wedding to ensure what will look best on her, we provide a bridal makeup trial on a chargeable basis. Trials are up to 2-2.5 hours for hair and makeup. You have to bring your wedding outfit and jewellery along with you when you opt for trials. The trial by Rekha Mangal will be chargeable at ₹5,000, and trial by Ayushi Mangal will be chargeable at ₹3,000.

Bridal makeup and hair trials are available on a prior appointment basis and only in the off-season during business hours and are done at our studio. You’ll get two makeup looks, one on the first half-face and the other on the second half-face, and we’ll remove the makeup before leaving the studio and a rough idea of hairstyle will be provided with front variation and few strands of curls if preferred.

Please note that you do not bring others with you to your trial appointment to avoid confusion. Only the Mother/Sister of the bride is allowed.

Your makeup and hair artists are a vital part of your bridal team. We do so much more than just apply products to create a look on your day. In the lead up to your wedding day we provide support and instruction to help you achieve your beauty goals and will work with you to overcome any concerns you have with achieving the perfect bridal makeup and hair.

On the day, you can expect our team to bring steady, high energy, good vibes and professionalism to work efficiently and positively with your bridal party and guests.

WEDDING PARTY MAKEUP

If you need makeup and hair services for your bridal party, mothers and wedding guests, we offer complete packages for group bookings. For bridal parties of 5 or more people, we contract additional artists as needed to assist with getting the rest of your bridal party ready with ease.

Trials are not required for members of the bridal party, however can be a real comfort to those who do not usually wear makeup or have had makeup mishaps in the past! I have found that mums love a trial to feel completely comfortable on the day, not to mention the opportunity to play with new makeup techniques and products as recommended by a professional makeup artist.

How far in advance should I book makeup for my wedding?

We always suggest you make your bookings 2-3 months before your wedding date to get more chances of availability.

We use only high-end international brands like Huda Beauty, Nars, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Fenty Beauty, Estee Lauder, Dior, Urban Decay, Stila, Farsali, Marc Jacob, Charlotte Tilbury, and many more.

What is the payment process to make a booking?

You need to pay 50% in advance to confirm your booking and the remaining 50% at the time of service. In case of cancellation, the amount is not returnable or refundable.
