If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our policy on refunds.

The following terms are applicable for any services that You purchased with Us.

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Rekha’s Bridal Studio, 1st Floor, 907, Sneh Nagar, Opposite Navlakha Complex Block-D, Agrasen Square, Sapna Sangeeta Road, Indore-452001, Madhya Pradesh, India.

  • Service refers to the makeups or courses.

  • Website refers to Rekha’s Bridal Studio, accessible from https://www.rekhasbridalstudio.com/

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

As a Company, we are committed to providing exceptional service and education. To ensure clarity and fairness, we have outlined our No Refund Policy below:

  1. Bridal Makeup Bookings
    • All bridal makeup bookings are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
    • In the event that the bride cancels the wedding or decides not to proceed with our services for any reason, no refunds will be issued.
    • Advance payments made for bridal bookings are used to block the date and secure resources; hence, they are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  2. Makeup Course Enrollments (Student Bookings)
    • Once a student is enrolled in a makeup course, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
    • If a student chooses to leave the course mid-way or is unhappy with the teaching style or content, no part of the fee will be refunded.
    • We encourage students to clarify all doubts and expectations before enrolling, as course fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once paid.
